This first video shows how duration is used when working with balance discs to help build strength. I consulted with and took and online class with Deborah Gross owner of Wizard of the Paws about how to build strength in the shoulders. As you can see these excellent exercises work the whole body and also build core strength, proprioception and balance.

What we are focusing on is building core strength, proprioception, and balance work. Also due to Kaffee's age I want him to build strength in his hind end since he had an iliopsoas injury a few years ago.
